Recently/lately

1.There has been no visitor until recently. (O)
2.There has been no visitor recently (O)
3.There has been no visitor until lately. (X)
4.There has been no visitor lately. (O)

5.There has been many visitors until recently. (X)
6.There has been many visitors recently. (X)
7.There has been many visitor until lately. (O)
8.There has been many visitor lately. (O)

Up to here, I'd like to know whether my decision is right about whether or not each sentences is right.

1 - 4 are all grammatical, but "there has been no visitor" feels a bit stilted in everyday English. Usually you would say "there have been no visitors" or "there haven't been any visitors". 5 - 8 are all ungrammatical.
