Recently many people can work from home using modern technology. Some think this only benefits the workers, but not the employers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

These days, people are able to do their work from home by ultilizing advanced technology instead of entering their office. Skeptics, on the contrary, argue that this trend greatly brings about merits far more employees than bosses. However, I strongly believe that both sides can reap a whole host of benefits.

On the one hand, thousands of employees have benefites considerably from this drift . Firstly, working remotely allows workers to have flexible schedules. Particularly, people can adjust their work at their own pace; therefore, the more time pressure they are not put under, the more precious time they can manage to spend with family, especially their children. The further advantages that this trend would bring is that they are provided the comfortable environment and minimize the stress when working at home rather than under strict supervision, such as cameras or managers. Finally, working at home could assist them lower the cost living and reduce spending. It is obvious that teleworkers could cut transportation cost, clothing, and outside food to a minimum.

On the other hand, not only staff but also employers can derive enormous pros from this change. The chief benefit is that it is easier for them to run their company system by harnessing innovation technology. To name an example, the businessman have ability to communicate, hold the important meetings, correspond and work via email or video calls, as long as they are connected to the internet. Moreover, bosses could economize on office rental space and exorbitant material facilities as they do not have to provide for telecommuters. Thus, those resources could be substituted by putting up deserving workers' salary in order to help them more productive at work.

As indicated above, it is always been my view that this new tendency results in long-term interest to both staff and employers.
