Grammar

receive VS received

Are these correct:

After you receive the order please email us and we'll refund your money back.

VS

After you've received the order please email us and we'll refund your money back.

Top answer

Both "you receive" and "you've received" work. "refund your money" suffices; you don't need "back". I would put a comma after "order".

  • The overall meaning seems slightly unexpected without further context to explain why a refund would be available.
