Recall/Recollection

Used as nouns, is there a difference in meaning between Recall and recollection

I take "recall" to mean "one's ability to bring something to mind," and "recollection" to mean "one particular bit of remembered material."

"She has perfect recall."

"According to my recollection of the incident, I was sober as a judge."
