Reasons letter

sorry, i am not good in writing english letter, can u help me to write a letter for the foreign worker department. I need a reason letter to hire an additional domestic helper to take care of my parents. I already have one to take care my 3 year old baby but i need to apply another one to do the house work and take care of my old parent. Because my wife and me both are busy working, so we need another house keeper.
