reasons for leaving it out

Hi,

I think in the case of the first sentence, you would place the article 'a' there because it is part of a grammatical sentence (whatever that means) but in the case of a sentence written by Amend on one of the posts, would you say that the articles are left out because they are writing out/listing the items in terms of how they are represented and also not as part of a normal grammatical sentence?

2. (Amend's)

And 'left' is used when we are shifting to some place like country or station or college.
