Is the form of the list correct?

Reasons for insomnia:
1. Nerval disease:The cranial nerve controls your sleep, so you may have insomnia if you have a nerval disease.
2. Physical disease:The disease or the medicine might make you hard to sleep.
3. Medicine:Abusing the sleeping pills may interfere your sleep.
4. Food or drinks:Drinks with much sugar, caffeine or alcohol is bad for sleeping. Drinking some wine before sleeping does help you to fall asleep, but it’s easy to wake up at midnight this way.
5. Bad habits:Reading, smoking or do something else on the bed.
6. The fear of insomnia:Some people think they must sleep for a long time, and they think they had insomnia. And then they really have insomnia.
