[reason] to do -> for ~ing

The following are of my own making.

1. She was disappointed with being fired.

2. Jack was glad to see him.

3. She was disappointed for being fired.

4. Jack was glad for seeing him.

I'd like to know if I can rephrase #1 into # and #3 into #4.
