Reason-is/because/that?/Korean names?

Which sentence is the best in English?

1-The reason is you wouldn't have a bitter experience.
2-The reason is because you wouldn't have a bitter experience.
3-The reason is that you wouldn't have a bitter experience.

Please help me with this.

Also, how does one write a Korean name in English?

For example, how do we write Hwang, Min-gi (Last name, comma,First name, hyphen, last part of first name)?
