Will you explain why the reversion occurs here?

Hi, You could argue that it is a rhetorical question. But really, I'd just say it is a rather idiomatic way of adding emphasis. Clive

You could argue that it is a rhetorical question. But really, I'd just say it is a rather idiomatic way of adding emphasis.
