REASON FOR NOT FINISHING ISO TRAINING

hi,i need a help here. my office provide ISO training on 30th may 2009. i went for the training but not wait till the end of it for some reason.i have a baby sent to nursery and need to pick him up by 1 pm. otherwise,my baby got fever so i need to pick him earlier. so,my admin ask me to write a reason letter why im not finished the training.i hope,this forum will help me check my letter before i send to them.please help.they want before 15 june or my salary will be cut and will take disciplinary action.

Reason For Incompletion of ISO Awareness Training.

With reference to the subject above, i very sorry for not completing the training provided by company on 30 May 2009. I have a baby with high fever sent to nursery and need to pick him up before the nursery close at 2 pm. That is why i only attended untill 1.30pm and not trying to act as selfishness or disrespect to others as you claimed before.

I am very sorry about the affected i made. Hope my appologizing will accept. Thank You for your forgiveness.
