I need our company profile details, services, existing client details and portfolio for rearranging the existing powerpoint presentation strategy which should be present our prospects in order to coax them.

I assume you are going to do the rearranging, so state that clearly.

I don't clearly understand some of what you have written, eg which should be present our prospects in order to coax them. I've had to try to guess your meaning.
