Rear

Hello,

I'm trying to make a sentence with "rear" that would mean the same as sit in the back of the classroom.

Is it correct to say:
She is sitting at the rear of the classroom?

Thank you

Thanks!
So it should be in the rear of the room?

What about: a student sitting in the rear?

'At' is not wrong. 'In' is more common, I think.
