Rear

Helloo....I want to know the difference between 'rear' and 'back'. Do they have the exact meaning and can be used irreversible? Thanks!

Hello, flybyebaby - and welcome to English Forums. The two words have the same meaning, but they are sometimes used in different collocations which you will have to learn as you meet them. The clothes on your back (not rear ), the back (not rear ) of a chair, bring up the rear (not back ), etc.
