Reap the rewards

Can one reap the rewards or benefits of " a service?" Or only from "using a service?" Thanks

Let’s say someone enters a building ahead of you and holds open the door for you. You have ‘reaped the reward’ of that action without initiating ‘use’ of it. If an electric fan is switched on for the benefit of a group of people and you join the group, are you ‘using the service’ by getting closer?

  • Did you have a particular ‘service’ in mind?

I'm sorry I think you have misunderstood what I meant by facilities management. Facilities management companies manage things like heating, ventilation and cleaning for businesses. I want to say "Our customer *** has been reaping the rewards of our facilities management services for xx years."

You were right. I was looking at it from the receiver's point of view and chose a hotel. As the provider, your attitude must be positive. The more words you use, the better it sounds. Your customer is reaping the rewards of (benefiting from) using your service.

So it should say "Our customer *** has been reaping the rewards of using our facilities management services for xx years."? Is that what you're saying? Thanks for your help.
