Can anyone tell me the difference between 1 and 2; 3 and 4; 5 and 6?

1. I really don't know him.

2. I don't really know him.

3. Jack definitely does not want it.

4. Jack does not definitely want it.

5. The student actually didn't copy the book.

6. The student didn't actually copy the book.
