really v.s. do

Dear Friends,

I am fresh here. I am so glad to find this professional English forum to learn English. There are so many kind people.

Here I have a question, does the really and do two words can be used in one sentence? Do they have the same function as emphasis? Or is there any difference between them? I see them in following sentences:

I really do like going to the cinema at the weekend!

I am very appreciate for your help.
