real hard or really hard?

Hi guys,

I'm new here and I have a quick question for you guys. Is it "I laughed really hard" or "I laughed real hard"? Thanks guys Emotion: smile

"Real" as an adverb is common in the casual spoken English of certain regions, to the point where you'd almost have to call it correct in some dialects. To my ear, it's US Western or Southern.
