Hello!

Are these ready-meals the thing served on means of transport? I know there are inflight meals but what if it's not eaten on an airplane?

Thanks Clive!

I think ready-meal or perhaps "prepackaged meal" might be the best generic name for such a meal without the type of connotations associated with terms such as "TV dinner" or "frozen dinner".

Certainly in-flight meal is nice if the meal is eaten on an airplane... or how about "ontrain-meal"
