Reading difficulty

Good morning.

Recently I read an article in the old paper, 'Ann Landers'. In it ,under the subtitle of ' Fed up with male fantasy, it says: ... but an equal number of young bucks ( and old ones, too) go bananas over an empty headed peanut brain with a blouse full of goodies.

What does the blouse full of goodies mean? Thanks for help.
