Dear teacher,

1) The girl reading "Harry Potter" is one of my younger sisters.

This sentence can be interpreted in 2 ways:

A. The girl who is reading "Harry Potter" is one of my younger sisters.

B. The girl who reads "Harry Potter" is one of my younger sisters.

Which one is the normal/usual interpretation?
