Reading an article in Japanese and that same article in English
Isn't there any resource on the web for Japanese-speakers to have an article open in Japanese and that same article in English without going through Google Translate or some other computer translator?

Not that I know of. You can, however, use add-ons available through your browser to aid you as you read. The word translations will come up as pop-ups near the word your pointer is on.
