Readiness Champion

Hi everyone! I have a huge doubt: I'm translating from English to Spanich an agreement. In this agreement the term "Readiness Champion" appears. I would like to know what exactly is a Readiness Champion, or if you know a synonym for it. The sentence is the following: "The Readiness Champion should ensure that all personnel are trained on (...) programs". Thanks!

"Readiness Champion" to me sounds like some designation (role or position) in this company. It might have come out of a campaign to get the company ready for something. The meaning is particular to that company, but it would probably be a special project manager or organizational change manager.
