terrible service I received from your airline

delayed for five hours and if the
passenger were not given information or
food and drink vouchers to make it up for
this.When we eventaullt took it off, the
plane was dirty and the staff were rude.I
do not know how you get on away with
such appaling service.
I would like for you to give me back the
money I paid for the flight.Why should we
put on up with such terrible service?
