Read it to yourself

Is it "read it to yourself" or "read it for yourself"?

Also, does "Read it to yourself out loud" make sense? If so, what does it mean?

Thank you

Both sentences make sense, it depends on whether you're telling someone to read silently. "Read it to yourself" implies reading silently without saying the words. "Read it for yourself" sounds like the speaker wants you to read something on your own, without them reading it to you.
