Recently, Google is playing an important role and an indispensable tool in life. The reason why Google can develop fast like nowadays is that it has many great tools such as Google Sites, Google Docs, Gmail,.. They are so popular because of their big advantages. I could see this clearly when I started to learn at FPT University with English major, my teacher - Mr.Jet introduced my class to Google Docs. I can see three biggest advantages a free tool with full of necessary functions, Google Drive integration to easily share documents with other people and the diversity of users.

First, Google Docs is a free tool with full of necessary functions. We just need to connect with the Internet,we can work easily. Although it is not as functional as Word, Google Docs still meets the necessary requirements for editing and editing documents. Moreover, it always saves documents automatically which we have just created. Unlike many other tools such as Word or PowerPoint, for example when I finish my writing, I have to save all files otherwise they will be deleted. I don’t have to worry about some accidents happen such as power cut or forgetting to save file.

The second benefit, which is new, is that Google Drive integration to easily share documents with other people. It has made great progress when combined with Google Drive. As a result, we can set up the right to share documents for anyone who has a link, allowing them to view, edit or perform many other text-related tasks. Also, when users need to search for an article edited from Google Docs, they just need to go to the individual Drive, enter a few keywords in the search bar, the files will be displayed immediately without too much a lot of time.

The last one is the diversity of users thanks to its online nature. It is beneficial in that many people can participate in an article. Someone A can read the text while the B is moving the mouse cursor to correct the error. All edits are visible to everyone and each has a separate cursor color. This online comment and comment is very convenient as users will save time. Unlike Word, you do not need to download that article, edit it then post it again, then others can access it. For instance, after sharing my writing on Google docs by email, I can receive feedback from both my teacher and my classmates. Thank it, I can have more quality documents.

With these big advantages, Google Docs is a really helpful tool with anyone, especially when we work in corporate communication. Although it is not perfect, if the users want a simple, easy-to-implement editing tool, able to synchronize with many other tools, can work smoothly online, then Google Docs is a perfect choice.
