React or reaction vs respond or response

I am giving a couple of sentences below. Please get me correct.[When I was watching English news channel over the killing of three Indian soldiers by Isis Terrorists at the border of India and Pakistan,The journalist on screen asks a leader like this "sir how do you react to this?].This is the context.

1.How do you react? same as "what is your reaction?"
2.How do you respond? same as "what is your response"?
3.What do you think? same as "what is your opinion"?

So my question is,do these sentences above carry the same meaning and can be used interchangeably?
