"Reach them out" meaning

Hi,

I'm going to create a service that helps owners of stores to find customers and I came up with a name "Reach them out", which, in my view, means "Rich your clients". But I'm not a native speaker and I'm not sure this sounds correctly. Can you please advice?

Thanks a lot!
