Reach out to

Context: I am going to call the potential client regarding his website to be developed and intend to talk about the cost.

I am going to reach out to the prospective client about his new website development.

I am informing the manager about it in short form.

Is "reach out to" a suitable phrasal verb for communicating?

Please suggest any business phrasal verb instead of reach out to.
