Reach (an) agreement

Agreement
[countable] an arrangement or promise to do something, made by two or more people, companies, organizations etc:
come to/reach an agreement

Failure to reach an agreement will result in a strike.

[uncountable] when people have the same opinion as each other [? disagreement]

It is easier for two parties to reach agreement than for three.

According to definitions of Longman dictionary, agreement is both countable and uncountable and each definition is different whether it is countable or uncountable but as a non native English speaker, it is not easy to say the meaning of one from the other is different, so do you feel any meaning difference between reach agreement and reach an agreement?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.
