Can it be written as 'It's still not clear to me whether the given sentence was correct.'

I would say only "clear tome" sounds good. Emotion: smile

You certainly can say "it's clear to me" and that's more common, but I don't find "clear for me" to be completely incorrect either.

As in: Hey buddy, that might be clear for you now, but it sure isn't any more clear for me!
