Which of the following sentence is correct:

1) Your acknowledgement of receipt is appreciated; or
2) Your acknowledgement is appreciated.

They're both OK. #1 fairly obviously just asks for an acknowledgment that they received what you sent them; #2 may effectively mean the same thing or it could, depending on context, be asking for an acknowledgment of something more.

These are fairly standard business jargon phrases.

However, if they are requesting the person to send an acknowledgement,
I suggest

1) Your acknowledgement of receipt will be appreciated; or
2) Your acknowledgement will be appreciated.

Better yet, say
Please acknowledge receipt. Thank you very much.
