Does the following sentence sound natural?
If not, how would you make it so ?

The hotel re-opened with a total of 50 rooms refurbished.

I am wish to combine the following elements.
1)The hotel has 50 rooms in total.
2)All the rooms were refurbished recently.
3)The hotel reopened after the completion of refurbishment.
