Re locate

My son is currently in a prison in Ohio. He is going before the parole board in 2019. I'm his mom and I reside in Florida.

For the passed 17 years that my son has been incarcerated in Ohio I've traveled to visit with him at least twice a year.

My question is, would my son be able to relocate and live with me (in Florida) upon his release?
