Re-live

Should I pronounce "re-live" the same way as "relieve"?

First of all, if you mean "relive" as in to live through a feeling or experience again in your imagination, there is no need for a hyphen (This dash in the middle of the word: - ) For the pronunciation, say "relive" like "ree-liv" so the "re" bit is like it's pronounced in "reconsider" and "live" just like you would normally pronounce it.
