00Why don't you learn English in our forum like me. It's very interesting! It seems there is a very serious teacher among some of other nice teachers who help us to write, to speak English fluently. I think it's not necessary to ask a teacher twice a week to give us some tasks because if you have free time, you'll search some convenient pages to ask or answer about some subjects that you 've known. For my experience,I have learned a lot of grammar but It's only for some multiple choice test and after that I forget all thing.I make a lot of mistakes when I speak, the mistakes of the influence of my first language and my native language.I should type and think about what I 'll speak because I 've just learned to use computer.It's more difficult than speaking. However, I realize that I've made a lot of progress about typing and speaking silently. In this answer, I practise my speaking English, in others I'll practise my writing. I hope one day, I'll use Webcam to practice my speaking. I'm not lucky to learn with native English teachers,so I think It's a chance in a million to have the help of teachers all over the world on line because we live in an era of computers.I don't think a serious teacher could help you speak english fluently but It depends on your determination of practising English.0-
