I am going to send a letter to Insurance Office about My New postal Address.
Please help me with correcting grammars.

I have recently moved and I would like to change my address. My details are as follows:
Previous Address:
Old Postal Address Details
Present Address:
Current Postal Address Details.
I respectfully request you to change my address in your records for further communications.
Finally, I did not get the any letters from the Office[Office Name]. The second letter dispatched on March 2010. I hold that at my old address till May 10, 2010.If it is possible. please, resend the letter in above mention address.
I am waiting for mail/letter in new address.

Hi Clive,
-I am shifted in new apartment and i want to inform about my new postal address to insurance company.
- Insurance company dispatched two letter first one on Feb 2010 and March 2010 in old postal address about new policy and second one for bonus buy still i did not get any letters.
- Requesting to resend letter again in new address.

In addition, your office informs me that two letters were sent to me at my old address. One was in Feb 2010 about my new policy. The other was in March 2010 about a bonus buy. I did not receive either of these. Please send them both again, to my new address.
