i want to send a letter to the education office, Replaying to a letter they had send to me,that im not doing well in my studies,which i think there is a mistake, However i couldnt write a good letter or maybe its not that good at all!!

Are you sure what the GPA for scholarship students is expected to be? Is there any possibility that it might have changed recently?

You might also add that you would be happy to come in and talk to someone about the letter and the current requirements.

I hope this is just an error on the school's part.
