Your major is the field in which you decide to specialize at university (please note the spelling of this word, Sizofren-- 'uni' is not enough). 'I majored in English; my major is English.'
A class is that meeting with a group of students in a specified 'classroom' once or twice or thrice a week. 'I have English class/classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 2 pm'.
A lesson is not really a university term, but it is the subject matter of a class. 'Today's lesson was on the Uses and Abuses of the Passive Voice'.
A subject is the general topic which is being studied in a 'course' (q.v. below). 'My first-year subjects were English 101, Economics 103, Spanish 100, etc. My favorite subject was Art'.
A course is the 13-week (for example) series of classes allotted for studying a subject (like English 101) and completing the requirements for a number of credits (usually 2 or 3) toward a total number of course credits (in specified courses) required for graduation.
A program is a planned set of courses which, according to the appropriate dean, you will need to complete in order to receive a particular degree.
A degree is the piece of paper you receive after completing (usually) four years of specified courses at unversity. After the first 4 years, you will receive an undergraduate degree, usually a B.A. or B.S.; you can then elect to continue in pursuit of a postgraduate degree like an MBA or a PhD.
