pls check this paragraph,
Dear Sir,
Yesterday my supervisor fill up my yearly appraisal form and I have to say you that I am totally disagree/unsatisfied/disappointed with this procedure, in whole year I never compromise with work but again and again why I have to compromise with company’s benefits??? Why I have to complain top level always? I explain my every point with my respective managers but I am failed to convince them and finally I have to take a decision to make an appointment with you. I hope you will give me your valuable time.
