Hello,

1. She has not been sleeping well recently(lately).

Is it possible to replace 'recently/lately' by ' for a short time ago' or 'since a short time ago ?

2. She has not been sleeping well for a short time ago.

3. She has not been sleeping well since a short time ago.

No, but of late often works: She has been sleeping well recently/lately/of late.
