Raw foods vs Cooked foods (Science)

Question

Hello guys! This essay is due in 2 weeks. Also, I have a presentation in terms of my topic. I don't know what to talk about, but I will figure it out.. Perhaps I will create a graph and add pictures and explain because I can use powerpoint in class. I am going to compare them and talk about it.
I hope this sounds good ...

Anyhow, NOTE that this essay is not done.. but I want to know how it is so far...

Raw food vs Cooked food

Your body needs real food that isn’t processed in order to be healthier. You’ll get full nutrients by eating raw food, whereas it loses most of its nutrients if you cook it on high heat. Eating a lot of raw food is important for a long live and prevents cancer. Also, you’ll feel healthier, be in good shape, and won’t get sick. In reality, eating cooked food is bad in many ways. The most primary one is that cooked food contains chemicals like additives and preservatives. Also, it contains toxin which can be harmful for the body. Your body needs some real food.

Foods that are processed are not real food at all because they are poisons to us. 60-80 percent of our food should be raw to make sure that we get all the nutrients that we need. In addition, our bodies are happy when eating raw food because of all the nutrients that you will receive internally. You’ll live longer and won’t have diseases and you’ll feel younger, that way you’ll be able to play with your kids at age 30+ because of the amount of energy that you have by eating raw food. Also, scientific research proves raw food protects against cancer and heart diseases.

Enzymes are in raw food which helps us digest our food. So, once they are heated above 118 degrees or sprayed with pesticide, this structure can change. In addition, cooking or processing cause’s food to lose electrons- the source of energy your body needs. Also, raw food contains very high nutrients which are destroyed when cooked. For instance,

Thanks! I made that up actually. I had so many things to do while I was writing that essay.
It's due next week, so I am going to do some research and learn more.
