 That the vast majority of us don't give a rat's patootie about your opinion of us.

Does that mean 'don't care'?

Haha. I have never heard that expression before, but yes it would mean 'not care'. ' usually means not care.

Haha.  I have never heard that expression before, but yes it would mean 'not care'.  'not give a....' usually means not care.
