How would you express this?
The longer the wait the less it cost to skip the time ratio wise of money to time.

The longer the wait the less it cost to skip the time proportionally.

How would you say this?

The bigger the condo, the cheaper the rent proportionally [speaking]
The bigger the condo, the cheaper the rent ratio wise of meters squared to price paid.
You can find a one bedroom for $1,000 and a 2 bedroom for $1,200. The bigger the apartment the cheaper in proportion.
