Rather/Rather than Difference

Hi Everyone
1)I would rather love you
2)I rather love you.
3)I rather love you than my parents.

Can anyone please help me when to use rather /rather than/would rather ..
Can I write i two different sentence Instead of writing the 3 rd sentence
like:I love you.Rather I love my parents.
