Is the following sentence correct?

"I would have rather him cheated on his wife and left to live with another woman than him be dead. "

Or should the 'rather' be placed before 'have?'

These are possible:

I would rather have him cheat on his wife and leave her for another woman than have him dead/die.
I would rather have him cheat on his wife and leave her to live with another woman than have him dead/die.

Mr M's suggestion is much more natural.
