Hi, I am not sure if I answered it correctly. Today, a bank representative called and asked me if I wanted to take a survey. I said yes and I answered the questions and give each question a rating. But i am not sure if I answered it correctly. Here is one example: Question: How do you like the overall service from the bank for the past three months? on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 for poor and 10 for excellent, how would you rate it?
I answered," I will give it an eight." Should I use future tense, past tense or present tense? Also, when we give a number in the situation above. Do we need to add an article in front of it? In this case, it is a vowel beginning sound eight, so I need to use "an"?
Thanks,
