Hi

Could you please tell me how common the term raspberry is in the sense of skin abrasion? Is this sentence fully natural?

He fell down on the concrete and got a raspberry on his knee.

Mr. Tom how common the term raspberry is in the sense of skin abrasion

It wasn't common at all where I grew up nor where I live now. However, I have heard the expression once or twice.
