Ranked now vs Now ranked

Hello. I would like to find out the correct version of a text fragment.

How is it correct to say: "They are ranked now 3rd" or "They are now ranked 3rd", and why? (with possible grammar explanation).

I, personally, knew that "They are now ranked 3rd" is correct, but would like to be 100% sure.

Best regards.
