I want to say:
I understand a lot of Word Skills. I undersatnd both basic skills (eg making table) and advanced skills (eg making graph).

A range suggests a series of skills from one thing to another related but very different thing.

eg My skills range from making a sandwich to cooking a meal for 100 people.

I don' t think of making tables as the easiest thing in Word, so 'range' does not seem to me to be a good word to use here.

I suggest simply 'I have advanced Word skills, including how to make graphs.'

If you have advanced skills, it means you also have basic skills.

None are correct, on several counts. Tables and graphs normally require numbers, not words, and both words need the plural, while 'table' and 'graph' do not mean 'basic' and 'advanced'. As for the rest of the grammar, #2 is incorrect.

My skills range from making tables to making graphs.
